Metropolitan Housing Trust (MHT) Chief Executive to step down in July

| Corporate

Brian Johnson has decided to step down in July as MHT’s Chief Executive after more than four years at the helm.

Brian Johnson, Chief Executive of MHT, commented:

“I have enjoyed my time at MHT tremendously, and I am very proud of what the team has achieved.

“Having accomplished what I set out to do – to get the organisation onto a sound and successful footing – I have decided that it’s the right time for me to leave and move on to new challenges.”

Paula Kahn, MHT Board Chair, commented:

“We are sad to say goodbye to Brian after more than four successful years.

“He will leave the organisation in great shape having successfully managed a wholesale turnaround of its operating and financial performance, management and governance. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank him for his contribution.”

The recruitment process to find Brian’s successor is underway. Further updates will be available as the process moves forward.
