Report a repair

We have been alerted of potential scammers ringing our residents claiming to be one of our gas contractors requesting payment.  Please be aware that this is not correct, our contractors will never contact our residents for payment, only to book an appointment for a repair or annual gas safety check.  

You can report a repair 24 hours a day, seven days a week. When you contact us, please be ready to provide as much detail as you can about the repair and its location.

We aim to deal with repairs as soon as possible – or within 24 hours for emergency cases.

Report a repair through MTVH Online

From January 31st 2020, MTVH Online becomes your new online service, allowing you to:

  • ask for repairs, send us enquiries and pay online
  • see your latest account transactions 24/7
  • do all of this from your smartphone, tablet or computer!

It is the quickest and easiest way to report a repair.

Who carries out repairs?

We have our own dedicated in-house repairs and maintenance team, Metworks, who look after all of our properties across London and the East Midlands. In the East of England we work with contractor Morgan Sindall to provide our repairs service.

What else you can do

We often get calls from customers about small repairs that they’re expected to fix. As not everyone is a dab hand at DIY, we’ve produced some handy clips with simple-to-follow instructions covering commonly requested odd jobs around the house.
