Make a payment

Online

The quickest way to pay your rent or service charge is online. You can do this securely via Customer Self Serve by logging in or registering here or via allpay (you’ll need an email address, your allpay payment card and a debit or credit card – remember you may be charged interest if you pay by credit card). 

Direct Debit

Easy to set up and manage, Direct Debit payments are made automatically so you don’t need to worry about missing a payment. You’ll need a bank or building society account that accepts Direct Debits.

PayPoint

Use your allpay rent payment card at over 22,000 locations, including newsagents, convenience stores and supermarkets. Find your nearest allpay outlet.

By phone

To pay securely over the phone call us on 020 3535 3535 during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) or call allpay on 0844 557 8321 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You’ll need a credit or debit card (you may be charged a fee if you pay by credit card). If you pay via allpay you’ll also need an allpay rent payment card. 

By text

You can make a payment at any time via allpay’s secure text system. As well as a mobile phone you’ll need an allpay swipe card and a debit or credit card. You need to register online first and then follow a few simple steps: to make a payment, you simply text ‘Pay’ along with a registered text code and the amount you wish to pay, followed by the text password (which is the last 4 digits of your debit/credit card). You will then receive a confirmation text message.

Download a smartphone app

Allpay.net’s app for Apple and Android phones allows you to set up an account and make payments. It’s free to download and will store your card details so you don’t have to enter them each time you want to make a payment. Find out more on the Allpay site.
