Whether you’re looking for your first job, a change of career or are looking to get back into work after time off, we can help.

Jobs and skills

Being in work can have a really positive effect on your life. We all know, though, that it’s not always easy to find and secure the job you want, especially if you haven’t worked for some time.

Whether you’re looking for your first job, a change of career or are looking to get back into work after time off, we can help. Please contact us on: communitysupport@mtvh.co.uk

We are also part of the Love London Working partnership of 9 housing associations based in London seeking to progress those in long-term unemployment and economic inactivity into work. The programme has successfully supported 17,500 customers and helped over 5,500 into employment over the last 3 years. The partnership has extensive presence in many of the most deprived communities in London, communities with significantly higher than average concentrations of people with disabilities, single parents, those from minority ethnic communities and those over 50 and not working.

At MTVH, we have a team of employment advisors working on this programme to support our residents. We will engage residents in a journey to work that begins with an individual assessment followed by guidance throughout a programme of proven support models addressing each persons’ barriers to work.

If you are looking into getting into work because you have recently lost a job or want to retrain to get back into work or just see what your options are, get in contact with us.
