Our developments

Building new homes is an essential part of what we do.

We’re involved in a number of major regeneration schemes that we’re either leading or a partner in. Here’s an overview of our current projects.

Clapham Park

Clapham Park in Lambeth is our largest regeneration development, a masterplan that’s been created in collaboration with local residents and community stakeholders.

When complete, we’ll have invested more than £1 billion in the project and spent 10 years building new homes and refurbishing older properties. There’ll be homes available for rent, shared ownership and outright sale.

We’re creating a range of improvements in the area to make life better for residents, such as a new school, a nursery, better green spaces and locations for businesses and shops.

Ashmole

Ashmole is a £28 million regeneration project, where we’re refurbishing all rented homes on the estate and improving properties for homeowners.

Residents live in a mix of 1930s walk-up blocks, tower blocks, maisonettes and houses. We’ve given them new kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors and roofs.

The communal area has been transformed, too. We’ve upgraded security in the area, installed new digital TV aerials and satellites, improved walkways, corridors, lighting, insulation and landscaping.

West Hendon

Working alongside our partner, Barratt London, we’re investing millions to build more than 2,000 new homes in the West Hendon Estate, Barnet.

These will be in a variety of tenures, including social rent, low cost home ownership and outright sale.

We’re also going to deliver a new community centre and park, as well as sports and leisure opportunities, space for a new school and improved transport links.

Hollygate Park

Hollygate Park is a £100million regeneration project at a coal-mining site in Cotgrave, Nottinghamshire.

We’re working with Rushcliffe Borough Council, builders Barratt and David Wilson Homes, the Homes and Communities Agency, Nottinghamshire County Council and Cotgrave Town Council to deliver up to 470 new homes.

137 new homes will be available for social rent or low-cost home ownership and include a mix of housing and employment space for local businesses.

We’ll be landscaping on the colliery site that leads into the nearby country park.
