This service provides support to people with a mental health diagnosis living in Derby. Support can be provided in the customer’s home or another more suitable place, depending on people’s circumstances. A support worker works with the customer for up to ten hours and is generally contactable on weekdays with an on-call service in the evenings and at weekends. Areas covered include life skills, tenancy management, form filling and benefit claims, finding education, training, volunteering and employment opportunities.
