Stroudgate

Stroudgate comprises eight purpose-built flats with a private garden and spacious communal areas. The scheme provides support to vulnerable people with a mental health diagnosis to help them maintain their tenancy and work towards living independently in the community. Support lasts for between six months and two years and once residents feel confident about managing independently we will help with making arrangements for moving on to appropriate accommodation.
