Sheffield National Assistance

This scheme provides supported housing to failed asylum seekers who are funded under the National Assistance Act. The service can only be accessed by referral through Sheffield Care Trust NHS Foundation after customers are assessed by a mental health worker. It can last indefinitely as long as customers comply with UKBA directions and have not been granted leave to remain in the UK.
