Parkside, Vicerons Place

Parkside consists of 24 self-contained flats for older people. There are five two-bedroom and 19 one-bedroom flats in this sheltered housing scheme. Each flat offers spacious, independent living with wheelchair access. The lounge/dining area of the ground floor flats give onto a garden or decked area, and the first floor flats have a Juliette balcony.

There are communal areas too, including a central dining room and kitchen, hairdressing room, internet room, lounge and gardens. All the flats are linked up to an emergency call system.

A 24-hour staffed service is available with staff on-site from 7.30am – 10pm, plus sleep-in cover on call for emergencies.
