This service provides a range of support to people diagnosed as HIV positive, including re-enablement, crisis and ongoing aupport, depending on each customer’s personal circumstances and needs.
A support worker is allocated who offers advice and help in a range of areas, including:
We provide support to customers who are living in their own homes, in hospital or about to be discharged and those who are facing eviction or are at risk of homelessness. Support can last up to two years, although many people develop the confidence and skills to live independently in a shorter time.
