The Key Support service is available to Nottingham City residents over 16. Support workers can help customers find a home, set up home, maintain their tenancy and live independently. There are four distinct elements of the service: crisis intervention for people at risk of becoming homeless; sustainment/resettlement advice; accommodation-finding service; specialist service aimed at Black and Minority Ethnic customers.
Support workers provide, on average, three hours of support each week for three months, with signposting to other agencies.
Customers can apply directly themselves or be referred to the service by other agencies. To find out more, please contact us on 020 3535 5200.
