Harrow Extended Mental Health Support

This service provides support to vulnerable people with mental health problems who are on an enhanced care programme approach (CPA). Support is provided for between six months and two years, with support workers visiting customers in their own home. Harrow residents with mental health and/or drug or alcohol misuse problems can apply for the service.
