St Martins Estate Office

The St. Martins Estate Office in Tulse Hill, South London will cease to provide any services from 5pm today.

Any queries should be referred to our colleagues in the Customer Service Centre, Nottingham who will either address the query or allocate it to an appropriate officer.

If there is a need for access to a Counter Service this can be provided at the following offices:

• Clapham Park (nearest to St Martins)
• Printworks
• Ashmole (furthest from St Martins)

Fobs and parking permit requests previously managed from the St. Martins Estate office will now be dealt with from the following locations:

•  Clapham Park office:
• St. Martins Estate fobs
•  Bristowe Close parking permits
• Tunstall Road parking permits
• Rushcroft Road and Vining Street parking permits

Hackney (Canalside) office:

•  Christabel Pankhurst Court parking permits

General Needs Housing, Supported Housing, Community Regeneration, Maintenance, Income and the ASB team previously located at the St. Martins office have now all relocated to Printworks in Stockwell.

Sunbury Estate Office

Any queries should be referred to our colleagues in the Customer Service Centre, Nottingham who will either address the query or allocate it to an appropriate officer.

If there is a need for access to a Counter Service this can be provided at the following offices:

•  Brent Chalkhill (nearest to Sunbury)
• Clapham Park
• Printworks  (furthest from Sunbury)

Parking permit requests previously managed from the Sunbury Estate office will now be dealt with from the Brent (Chalkhill) office.  General Needs Housing is now managed from the Brent (Chalkhill) office too.
