Woodlark House
Woodlark House is an older persons scheme in the St Ann’s area of Nottingham. The scheme consists of one-bedroom purpose-built flats to rent for people over the age of 55*. There is an alarm call system that transfers to an alarm control centre.
The scheme benefits from a communal lounge, on-site laundry and wheelchair access to the upper floor.
The flats are close to local shops and good transport links.
