Welcome Pack
When a new tenant or leaseholder moves into one of our homes, they are issued with a Welcome Pack as part of the sign up process. This pack includes information that we hope will be useful to you and answer some of the questions that might arise in your first weeks of our being your landlord.
Moving to Metropolitan
As part of the process of moving to become one brand, Metropolitan, we are reviewing our welcome pack content to ensure that it is as up to date and useful as possible.
