HIV and AIDS
Our services provide individual and group support, advice, counselling, guidance on managing health, and practical support services.
Our outcome based support focuses on managing discrimination, alleviating debt, maximising benefits, medication management and liaison with other specialist services involved with the individuals care.
Great emphasis is placed upon building supportive networks within the local community so that our service users can maintain as much independence for as long as possible.
We currently support people with HIV and AIDS on a floating support basis in Lambeth, Wandsworth and Nottingham City.
