We’re looking for a committed and passionate customer to become a member of the Metropolitan Board, guiding our focus for the future and pushing us to improve our performance.

Do you have:

  • experience as a social housing or care and support customer ›
  • an understanding of how services providers like Metropolitan work and practical experience of monitoring performance 
  • experience listening to and representing the views of other customers
  • the ability to commit 2 -3 days per month.

In return, you’d get:

  • £8,205 per year (plus reasonable expenses)

  • to shape the future of Metropolitan for the benefit of its customers.
