Streatham Place
The second new build scheme to be completed as part of the Clapham Park Masterplan. This scheme handed over in October 2011 and comprises of:
- 49 new homes for existing tenants
- 33 homes sold on a shared ownership basis
- ground floor retail space
- landscaped courtyard and underground car park
- new homes meet several design standards including Lifetime Homes; Secured by Design and Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes standard.
The second phase of development on this site has now commenced. Work to demolish Brindley House will commence in early 2012. 31 new homes will then be constructed by summer 2013. This will complete the M3/M2 precincts.
