Block C2 will sit on the site of the existing 158-178 and 180-200 Clarence Crescent, Clapham Park West, London, SW4.

Block C2 is a residential scheme comprising 120 residential units, a landscaped courtyard and an energy centre.

Further to receiving planning permission, we entered into a build contract with Wates Living Space. You can still view our full reserved matters application on L.B. Lambeth’s website. When visiting their website you need to open the link to their Public Access for Planning Database, which is in the Planning section, and quote the reference number: 09/04095/REM.

Works have commenced with demolition works and the scheme is expected to complete in the spring of 2012.
