Redwelly is a flagship Metropolitan project with a social purpose that really sums up our commitment to ‘improving life together’.
Working alongside the local community, people with additional care needs, partner organisations and dedicated staff, redwelly transforms underused or neglected space into beautiful community gardens and outdoor areas that are enjoyed by everyone who uses them.
By engaging with local schools, businesses, councils, voluntary sector organisations, customers, community groups and others we can put our hand to all kinds of projects, from gardening, landscaping and design to team building, plant sales and training. Don’t just take our word for it!
“A wonderful team are doing excellent work! They cheer us old people up and it’s a joy to see them.”
Mr M, Royal British Legion
“Planting is my favourite thing to do here but I like doing the woodwork too – I’ve made a few bird boxes! Getting all the parts together is really fun and then you get to see the finished item you’ve made.”
Matt, redwelly trainee
“Wonderful help when I need it most.”
Mr K, Royal British Legion
